USDA has released a report on the market opportunities for U.S. organic products in Guatemala. A sample from the report: "Although the Guatemalan organic products market is small, there are consumers looking for what they believe to be healthier and environmentally friendly products. Opportunities for U.S. organic products can be found mainly in the consumer-oriented products category, which saw a 16 percent growth in 2014 for a total of US$359.1 million compared to the previous year."
