According to the Wall Street Journal blog, a new report from consultancy McKinsey and Co. Found that 72 percent of Chinese consumers worry that the food they eat is harmful to their health, up from 60% in 2012. People are cutting back on products they see as unhealthy. Sales of carbonated beverages/soda are down 26 percent and sales of Western-style fast food are down 24 percent.
