Copenhagen Food Fair, in collaboration with Organic Denmark, will present an expanded organic section at the 2013 fair. This is partly due to the significant interest from private eateries and restaurants in acquiring the organic food label, and to the government’s target that 60 percent of all food served by public kitchens must be organic by the year 2020.
