In an effort to meet growing demand for organic beef in Asia and the Middle East and organic hamburger in the United States, Australia’s OBE Organic Beef held a forum to recruit additional producers. Currently processing 12,000 head per year, the company anticipates demand could outstrip supply as markets will grow exponentially coupled and current producers retire.
