According to the January 2014 issue of The Organic standard, about 200 Organic certificates were issued to operators outside China, Four of the 24 certification bodies registered in China are of foreign origin. Chinese inspectors made visits to operations in Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia, Latin America and Af­rica.
