Commissioned by the Green Party and conducted by the the Université Catholique de Louvain (BE) and the Organic Research Centre (UK), the study “Research for Transition” highlights the ways organic farming is better placed to address sustainability challenges than conventional farming. The study urges increasing investment in research for organic farming to help provide answers to many environmental and social issues of Europe’s farming systems.
