The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Environment (AMD) of Catalonia, an autonomous region of Spain, has developed a document that shows how the competent authority there will interpret the unclear portions of the EU organic regulations. It provides guidance on what organic producers there must do to meet the organic regulations.
