Gaia, a new 500 square meter (5382 square feet) store in Zurich, is the first store in a chain that plans to open a new store every two months from 2016 to 2019. The shops will feature a high-end look, bistros, wine tasting stations, and will emphasize Swiss organic products. Approximately 40 percent of the dry goods in the first shop have Swiss origin. They will not sell imported products shipped by air.
