To encourage sales of organic products in the United Kingdom, the Organic Trade Board along with the Soil Association are encouraging retailers and organic product purveyors to offer free breakfasts on June 17 as part of the Wake up to Organic campaign. Bloggers in London, Bristol and Glasgow will feature organic breakfast recipes and more.
