Combining a working organic farm, restaurant, petting zoo, an olive museum and more has proved a iwnning combination for Dergirmen near Kusadasi Turkey. The facility draws 10,000 visitors per week, primarily from Turkey, during tourist season. The farm processes more than 100 products, including organic fruit, vegetables, jams, bread, sausage, wine and environmentally friendly soaps and cleaners, which are offered for sale at the park and elsewhere under the Yerlim brand.
