Nordic Organic Food Fair will debut October 20-21, 2013 alongside the Natural Products Scandinavia trade show, which attracted approximately 2000 attendees from 60 countries in 2012. According to Organic Monitor, five percent of food bought in Denmark and Sweden is organic, and Norway has the highest consumption of organic food per capita.
