R.M. Williams Agricultural Holdings, Australia’s leading organic poultry producer, expects exports to increase in coming months. The company has been selling organic poultry to an online retailer in Hong Kong, and is also looking to expand into retail chains there. The company also seeks to develop a market for branded organic beef and lamb in Singapore, China and the Middle East. To meet the export standards for Hong Kong, the producer is different feed rations than they use in the domestic market.
