A new subscription-based data service for the organic and non-GMO commodities market, Mercaris, will add an online trading platform in November. Along with tracking monthly United States Export statistics, the service tracks spot and forward prices of organic corn, organic soybean and organic wheat markets across various regions of the U.S. and Canada.
