The province of New Brunswick has established the New Brunswick Organic Grade Regulation to ensure that organic products produced or processed and sold within the province meet the Canadian Organic Standards. Any product marketed, labeled or advertised as organic must comply. Organic producers in the province requested the regulations, and New Brunswick joins Quebec and Manitoba as the third Canadian province to regulate organic products produced and sold within the province.
