Natural Marketing Institute’s China Consumers and Sustainability 2014 Report found that concern for the health of the family is a major driver of food choice, and half of Chinese say they actively seek food to protect their family’s health. Meanwhile, use of natural foods is more common than use of organic products, with expense and availability as barriers.
